Lesney Matchbox Pontiac Grand Prix. Nice little car. Doors open and has a trailer hitch on the back.

If any of you happen to be in the Boston area in a few weeks. Always Hot Wheels, matchbox, Corgi, and other cars at this toy show.

As large as the Cleveland -Akron- Youngstown- Canton area is I have yet to hear of any toy shows here. Usually here they will have toy auctions but pricy. I want to say I had that Grand Prix you posted back in the 1960s.

My boys and I made a "supra" find! Oh, and a cool jeep, red is new, and then some treasure hunts....

Congratulations on the THs! Never did find the Jag myself. Personally I like the red jeep better than the green one. And can never go wrong with the Supra!

I am anxiously waiting for Christmas. Wife and I did some shopping and I got diverted down the toy isles. There may have been some Toyota Matchbox vehicles that fell into the cart. I used to collect them as a kid, wish I still had them.

My receipt says Friday 12/02/2022. When I tracked it, it says Monday 12/05/2022. So should be there tomorrow.

A buddy of mine and I went to 8 different stores yesterday and gathered up some gems. One place was this new toy shop that opened up in a really small town near us. The owner has collected hot wheels and all kinds of games and memorabilia for years. He buys up toys and cars at auctions, estate sales and flea markets. Then resells them for 1/2-2/3rds of the online prices he finds. Some stuff was just fun to look at for the nostalgia. He said as we were leaving his shop, “come back soon, i’ll be restocking regularly because i have FOUR PALLETS of various generations of hot wheels to go through.”

I used to collect years ago and had this display that my brother and I shared that came from kmart or walmart back in the day. I got out of collecting and downsized a bunch of stuff, gave things away to a few friends and goodwill, kind of wish i still had some of it. But now that I have more redefined interests, I started collecting specific things again.

such as, only certain muscle cars, only certain tuner cars, almost any toyota/lexus, and very few Euro or exotic cars. I have maybe 100 cars in the packs and I plan on building a nondestructive wall display like this to hold maybe 2-300
