    Lamb Shank Stew with cubed bacon. It was the best lamb dish I've ever made. The bacon is the key. The rest is just typical stew shit. Onion, mushroom, carrots, potato, red wine, beef stock, crushed tomatoes. I'm going in for 3rds right now. lol
