    Hello everyone,

After solving another issue noticed that the fuel line on driver side is leaking. See picture to the one I’m referring. 174FA690-8410-4CB7-901C-5B39926A399F.jpg

Be careful with that.....mine was leaking.....so I thought I'd loosen and reseat.....
yeah that was a big mistake.....

Who ever did mine last cross threaded/stripped the bushing going into that rubber fuel hose....
one time cinch .......after that never seals right...
every time I tried to reseat.....gas just poured out even more.....

And then trying to take it a part couldn't take the bushing out....stripped the female end......spin in place and refuse to separate...
had to take dremel and cut it all apart.....what a pia.....

Turns out the threads were damaged on bushing.....and would chew up what ever you screw it in...on new hose it would jump threads within half a turn....and crooked angle after that....

So had to needle file that bushings threads right where they start....

That fuel hose 2rz/3rz cost me $216.....from yotashop.com
only one in the country at the time.....

There was a thread not too long ago where a 5vz replaced the two rubber fuel hoses with stainless braided ones....using adaptors and universal banjo connectors....
