    Poor guy

I'm afraid many of these players will get burned in the transfer portal. Heard on the radio yesterday the current school is not required to provide scholarship again if a player can't find a new home. Something like 600+ in the portal, I mean Free Agency Market, this year

He looked utterly lost in the last few games for us. People in the program speak highly of him, just probably not P5 material.

I’m not. This is like dating. The grass isn’t always greener. Some lessons get learned the hard way.

"These people". Lol. If you continue to stay in an environment you don't like, I fail to rationally understand how "these people" are the problem. Pretty simple to move yourself, instead of an entire state.

Tell me where in the post you're referencing where exactly I'm incorrect. Thanks.

For Michigan: Eric All is in the transfer portal along with a few other non-contributors. All was out most of the year after having surgery and was a good contributor before that. Rumor is he'll follow Cade McNamara to Iowa.

Andrel Anthony had promise after a break out game in East Lansing last year, but hasn't done much since. He's had quite a few drops (as has everyone except the TEs). I don't believe he's entered yet but is rumored to soon.

    Let’s do an NFL check….

Oh right Joe Burrow, Jamarr Chase, AND Justin Jefferson are having better careers than irrelevant Mac Jones, already benched a few times Najee, and WR2 (a heisman WR is WR2, hilarious) Devonta Smith.

You guys sound like you're regurgitating rhetoric produced by other minds.

Still haven't provided any information proving me wrong.

Wait, is this the NFL thread? Please tell me how Devonta Smith balling out for a couple seasons before Jamaar Chase was even known about has ANYTHING at all to do with the NFL.

    Lord have mercy.

Can you all stay on one damn topic. HAHAHAHAHA.

Any way you can pull irrelevant information to try and make a point. Its hilarious!

    Haha you’re clueless.

the discussion was the heisman, and it being a “best team” bias, and a qb award. Then it was commented that people enjoy seeing it be RBs instead of QBs.

so I made the comment that “what about Devonta the WR that won it?” Because his heisman falls into that best team, but not really worthy of heisman category. I say that factually because he had worse numbers than Jamarr Chase did the previous season…and Jamarr didn’t even get invited to the heisman. I further proved the point of Jamarr being better (I’ll prove you wrong because Chase was relevant first, 2019 instead of 2020) because Jamarr is having a great nfl career and Devonta is mediocre.

it’s the same topic, same conversation, you’re just too slow to follow actual logic BECAUSE BY GAWD PAWL WE GOTS MORE CHAMPIONSHIPS THAN TEEF.

I don’t even know why I reply to fans that can’t even count right lol

Just read he demanded a house at Oregon St. and 400k from Ok. State before landing at WVU for somewhere between 1-400k. Bad ROI (you prob didn’t watch, but he fell apart at the end of the season).

I watched a few of his games in hopes that he would have some success. I was rooting for him

    https://rolltidewire.usatoday.com/2...-changed-alabama-forever-two-years-ago-today/

Would you look at that, Devonta doing shit all the way back in 2018, before Jamaar Chase... (Point #1 where you are in fact...wrong)

Comparing whether someone is deserving of Heisman consideration based off of previous season stats, is pretty dumb. Mainly because, it isnt how the Heisman is picked....so... (Point #2 where you are irrelevant)

The Heisman has ZERO influence on a professional career in a different league. Nor does winning the Heisman Trophy promise success at the next level. So, using stats and results from the NFL is irrelevant. The Heisman Trophy awards the college football player that best reflects the Heisman standards for winning the trophy during that COLLEGE FOOTBALL SEASON.

You're conflating things and trying to create causation through coorelation here, but it doesn't compute.

You're literally saying: Here is a bunch of unrelated information that is involved with this sport and it ALL applies to this very specific thing, but only in a different league, during different seasons.

Its not that I cant follow your logic. There simply isnt any, when talking about the Heisman and NFL success. Using that as a metric is stupid. Doesnt mean that the person who won the Heisman wasnt the best college player that most exemplified the Heisman values during that college football season.

It means that in the NFL, on a different team, in a different league, after one or two seasons....

Both can be true.....Devonta was the Heisman winner and Jamaar is having a better career in a different league, on a different team with different schemes, opponents, offensive play callers, QBs. Yada yada yada.

Doesnt mean Jamaar was a better WR the year Devonta won it. Doesnt mean Devonta SHOULDNT have gotten it.

It also doesnt mean that Jamaar WONT have a better NFL career.

But, this is the NCAA thread.......so...

This is funny, but I think Stetson at least belongs there. This is one of the worst heisman years ever honestly.
