    WV mountains
    My dad, uncle & a few buddies recently completed the MD carry class. I believe its a 16hr class at a cost of $300-$400. Fortunately in WV you can carry open or concealed with no permit, even if you're not a WV resident. If you legally own a firearm you can legally carry in WV. You can take a 4hr class in WV to obtain a Non-resident carry permit, if i remember correctly the class cost $75 . Which is valid in 30+ states. The WV permit is a nice addition to the MD permit. Even tho a permit isn't required in WV I got one because I travel to VA & PA.
