Pulled the trigger on this after a few months of searching for a completely loaded ‘23 trd off-road long bed.

 

Brings back memories, the scent of pine, fir, and new tires...

Thanks, man. I put some camping gear, miscellaneous tools, and some emergency devices. Some stuff are in the Step 22 and REI pouches/bags in various sizes inside the boxes. Some items are loose and Tetris’d in the boxes to fit under the lids. When not needed, the bins can be put away in storage. Tie down straps and most of the recovery gear are in the Smittybilt bag and the bigger Step 22 bag. Pro Eagle floor jack is loose.

 

ROFL - I swear for a brief moment after reading this, I smelled pine/fir and new tires.

 

I purchased a "Universal" one from the local auto parts store for $12.00. Trimmed it and put Duct Tape around the cut edges. Works great and saved myself $30.00 verses one specifically for Tacoma.

 

I wish they were perfect but they aren't I just used a hammer and a vise. The edges on the bend kind of tore from bending but I filled the gaps with primer and sanded them smooth.

 

Nothing has changed, looks just like my 22 inside.

Can i register my truck at your address , lol... Massachusetts doesn't allow windshield tint, let alone the 15% on the side windows, only 30 %

 

I love it. I think it helps with glare and just helps making everything not so bright and blinding on really sunny days. And there aren’t any visibility issues at night either.

 

I received an email yesterday confirming the style of Tacoma and either 4WD OR 2WD as Caliraised made an error for the 2WD customers the shield wont fit on those so they are trying to fix the issue on the fly and get it taken care of for those customers. What boggles my mind is what person in their ( right) mind would purchase a 2WD truck to begin with, you are already spending a Butt ton of cash why they "Hell" not just buy a 4WD, seriously now... They did tell me i had a two week wait due to delivery issues but insured me they will be on their way shortly.
