This was what my setup was going to be but then I went LPVO. And since I offered the mount this morning and now, it sold on GAFS haha so I don't have one to offer up anymore. Sorry @2013XSPX. But if you are still wanting one, I can find you one for sub $100.

Lol, I actually ended up getting a set of OME med with the extra to make them heavy. Got them for $100 so don't need a set now. It was an amazing deal. But really if you do end up wanting one, I recently saw a few on GAFS on reddit for sale.

LaRue and ADM make mount for ACOG. I know ADM has a high mount for $100 and it's qd.

Bought a MK16 from Geissele blem sale
Used my Cabelas points to buy a Magpul CTR and MOE grip
    Going to go with a 14.5 URGI(ish)
Probably will sell my 16" Aero/Ballistic Advantage I built two years ago to free up room in my safe. Is it easier to sell complete or to break it apart(barrel, rail, etc) separately?

I'd break it down and keep the upper receiver to build a 14.5 mid length for your new rail. That's what the urgi is right? A 14.5 middy with the ddc mk16 and a surefire 4 prong and geissele ddc charging handle? Bcg of your choice.

Nice! That is basically my next build. Picked up one on the blem sale too. Dont have a 14.5" so figured why not lol.

As for selling....probably depends what you have, how fast you want to sell it, and where you want to sell it. Like if you sell it on reddit, you could probably sell it as a complete unit to someone looking for a complete upper.

Took advantage of the blem sale for geissele and got two new uppers put together.

    A 14.5" and a 10.5". Could call the14.5 a urg-i inspired and the 10.5" a fbi hrt inspired.

Haven't decided on muzzle device yet. Either just rock my direct thread can or pick up more 51t ones for my sdn-6. Optics wise they will just have sig Romeo 5s for the time being

First rifle and first handgun. I’m pumped on both.

I have a Streamlight HLX/ Arisaka scout mount/ CD switch mount, but I really don’t like the size of the light. Wish I would have waited and got a Modight or something with a smaller footprint. Also thinking I might prioritize a can before I get an optic.

    Parts list:
    BCM 11.5 complete
    Radian SD
    Scalarworks Peaks
    Arisaka indexer
    Magpul grip things
    SBA3 Split fix
    Wiseman Company sling

Looks good man, I definitely support getting a can first. You’ll be waiting a while anyway and while you are you can pick up whatever optic you want.

Good looking build! Definitely get the process on the quiet cannoli started since it takes about 8 months as of right now. By the time you get it you’ll forget you spent the money lol.
