Update in the battle of the coffee makers.

We're being permitted to keep them PROVIDED that they're approved through the "reasonable accommodation" process.

I need a doctor's prescription for my coffee maker.

Malicious compliance time. I've already submitted the request. Waiting for the doctor to go "what the fuck?!?"

I've got an electrician coming to my house this afternoon !! . They're replacing the electrical panel or parts of it . Its a recall notice I received a month or so ago back from the builder

So the power will be turned off for 1-2 hours and luckily it's not a very cold day !!!

    That is sad to hear.

Too bad that gun is no longer operational. It belonged to my great grandfather, dates to somewhere between 1850-1875, and don’t know if it’s American or came over with them from Ireland. I believe someone told me it’s a percussion cap, but I’m no expert on antique firearms. I’ll have to bring it somewhere someday and try to get info on it.

Ahh, a movie. Thanks. What time should I bring over the popcorn? ;)

I can't "like" this.. it's too sad of a story.

We just had a health benefits meeting.. it's not the best news. The co-pays have gone up 30%, ( $5K deductible for the best option) the bi-weekly deduction/contribution has gone up 20%. After seeing the cost for a family plan, I have no idea how anyone with dependents can even afford one of the plans.

My kid is 4 1/2 and he's been obsessed with steam trains since he was 2. I just took him to Durango, CO for the Polar Express experience and also the Cascade Canyon tour, which is about a 5 hour tour into the mountains. I'm certain this will eventually get removed for using a James Taylor song. The funny thing is I'm from the city and I like to listen to James Taylor on road trips, especially into the mountains so I burned a CD for this trip but the damn rental car didn't even have a CD player.

Edit: You might have to click 1080 since it doesn't look like it's doing it automatically..

    Afternoon everyone :hattip:

Well the electrician checked my panel and told me that it's not on the recall list as Square D panels such as what I've got aren't affected . The recall is for a small Allen head bolt that can loosen up causing the neutral buss bar to heat up and short the wiring out
