This looks like a damn good solution for the majority of people. I just installed the JD FAB Pivot Kit myself, primarily for the additional clearance it provides for larger tires, but your kit is significantly cheaper and replaces these shitty OEM cam assemblies.

Wow, we ran out of bolts! Just letting everyone know if they place an order it may take a little longer to arrive as we restock our bolts. There always seems to be a shortage for fine thread bolts... We are hoping to have a massive bolt order in late next week or the week after. We appreciate all the continued support and hope you have fun and safe holidays!!

    Exciting update!!

TEQ Customs (the custom headlight/grille maker) will be stocking and selling our alignment kits!! They will have some in stock in their show room and up for sale on their website. I couldn't be more stoked, it's truly exciting to see our little garage company start to grow.

Nice pitch! My alignment slipped again... looks like I should try these octagon things?

Quick question... I have a different brand of cam tabs welded in already, I believe Total Chaos. They fit stock cams just fine... but wanted to check that the octagons should fit too?

Thanks! If they fit the factory cams then they should work just fine with our Octagons.

Have you considered offering these with a galvanized coating? That's an upsell I'd go for. Even in SoCal... I dunno, I drive through salt flats from time to time, or sometimes drive up to the slopes in the winter. Suspension parts get rusty, and that sucks. Hot-dipping the washers should provide durable rust protection, at least on par with OEM hardware. Bare steel rusts quick down there, and paint won't even survive the first alignment.

I tried to find a shop that could do it, but I am giving up, as the minimum order size doesn't work out for an individual with just 8 washers to coat.

However, for you, the numbers might work out. The quote I got was $187 per hundred pounds, with a $300 minimum order. I would assume you could include washers of all designs... throw 160 pounds of them in a bucket and drop them off to hit the minimum, and sell 'em for $10 or $20 more a set. I dunno, I'm just making up numbers, but I'd pay it... Or would have, but I already ordered mine :/

(That's from a shop in south LA... perhaps you could find one a bit closer to home too.)

With my aftermarket bumper, I elected to have it galvanized by AZZ, versus powder coating. I then used Rust-Oleum Cold Galvanize as a primer and a semi-gloss black as a top coat, both aerosol can paints. It was about $375 to have it galvanized.
After going through one winter it has held up much better than a bumper I previously had powder-coated.
After dealing with suppliers that liked to take shortcuts on spec'd out-painted production parts I just thought this was a better option. Even one powder coater I called said the same thing, I started my own paint shop because I was tired of being told, just top coat it, knowing it wasn't meeting what the customer had spec'd out.

There's no question that galvanization is the ultimate durability treatment for most kinds of steel. There's a reason that power pole guy wires & metal highway guard rails are always galvanized and almost never painted.

The reason few (no?!) aftermarket vehicle bumper fabricators offer galvanizing is that it is expensive and labor-intensive as it can basically only be done properly at a hot-dip galvanizing plant.

I'm getting a new bare-steel rear bumper & sliders soon and plan to look into whatever the best-of-breed "cold galvanizing" product is to try to add a galvanic/zinc layer of protection before overcoating with a suitable black paint.

The only prep work I had to do was drill holes to allow the galvanized material to enter and exit the tubing. All tubing had to have holes 1/3'd the size the diameter of the tubing at each end with a minimum of .38-inch or 10mm. For example, a 3-inch diameter tube would require a minimum hole size of 1 inch or holes equalling 1 inch with no holes smaller than .38-inch or 10mm, (three .38-inch holes).
I would say if live in the Rust Belt or along the coast it's worth it, that is if you have a little extra cash. For me, it wasn't that much more than powder-coating and I have a superior product.

We've talked about it but I don't think it would be worth the trouble. In the end if you have a full kit you need to weld the cam tabs in and you can't weld to plated steel without grinding off the plating (not to mention the toxic fumes). We also find lots of people powder coat or paint their octagons different colors to add a bit of pop to their suspension. Plus when you tighten everything up it rubs some of coating off, even the factory cams and tabs rust. I like the idea but realistically the best thing to do is sand and paint it when rust starts to form or get a 2 stage powder coat as you don't need a minimum order size for that.
Also, logistically, we already wait about a month to get laser cut parts with the quantity we're ordering now. In that month we usually sell out of our current stock and I hate when our customers are waiting on us for their orders. On top of that 80% of our orders end up right here in SoCal, Utah, and AZ where rust is nothing but a fairy tale lol.
