As a follow up to my previous issues with the install, I received some new hardware in the mail from goose gear, but haven't had a chance to take a look yet.

Middle sliding back window. Not the doors.

I’m dealing with a lot of these issues now due to their lack of published instructions. That 10 minute YouTube video just isn’t enough, they don’t mention some of the more important things.

One of their screws snapped off in the back wall of my truck during install and half of the Goose Gear holes didn’t line up with any holes on my truck. I have no backseat at the moment while I wait for a set of replacement hardware from them, which was $70. I ordered it a week ago and they haven’t even shipped it yet, asked for an ETA yesterday and never heard back.

Their customer service has been fairly quick to respond until yesterday but most of this experience has left me less than pleased. I will say that the seat delete itself seems to be a very well built product but I’m considering just putting the backseats back in the truck because it’s getting to the point where the juice just ins’t worth the squeeze.
