    I got into it with an old head this morning, a guy that has turned down every chance for a promotion through the years because he didn't want the stress. Instead he wants to cherry pick the easiest and lightest duty. Ok fine.

    He sees that I'm going to bump into a lead slot fairly quickly and not long after that have a chance at Supervisor, so he's testing me to see if he can elicit a reaction or make me lose my cool. Nah I'm built for this.
