Search for a local plastic supplier. I found one a few miles from me that had it on hand, cheap, and no shipping for a 4x8 sheet.

Should I do anything with this little gap? Only is present on the passenger side, driver's side seems to be fine.

Forgive me for coming off azz-like yesterday. Was in a mood. My current 08 has the stock small cooler and is through the radiator. Our 12 has a huge one we added and it goes through the radiator but, with 160k miles, I plan on cutting out the radiator on that one. Worry about corrosion and potential coolant/tranny fluid mixing. In my big Fords I always bypassed the radiators with heavy duty coolers and never had a single issue. That is when I had a heavy boat and always towed, with temps in the 20's and 30's, during winter salt water striper seasons. Once the truck ran a couple of minutes the cooler bypass would open with warm tranny fluid going through it. It takes that long for the coolant thermostat to open and fill the radiator with hot coolant anyway. So my point was that basically the same results in the same amount of time. Basic coolers don't have a bypass so colder fluid is cycling through the tranny making your point valid. So not only was I wrong I was also right.

Today I finally swapped my 265/75r16 spare for a matching 17" wheel and 265/70r17 spare. Since 2008 has tpms in the spare I can finally do a 5 tire rotation.

Well, I ran down my battery to nil by leaving my light bar on for six hours.

After charging it back to 100% my 12v solutions two way remote started giving me the acknowledgement chime when I used the remote start like it used to.

I learned 3 years ago, when I had one installed for my wife as a xmas gift, that you have to jump quick for an appt. Took over 6 weeks for that one. Bought mine around NOV 21st and immediately made the appt's. Had 1 done Nov 30th and mine done DEC 6th. The xmas present I scheduled for DEC 31st. I then paid $119 each plus tax. Then on Black Friday I exchanged them for the bundle that was only $100 that included the tee harness or whatever extras it required. So got over $75 back in my pocket. I suggest trying other stores near you. We have several within 20 miles but luckily scheduled them all a mile from home.

It would be sweet to see a comparison of the new projector vs the old ones.

    Tacoma vs deer resulted in:

Told my bodyshop to order me an ARB and that order was put in today. Will post pics once it’s all put together and my sweet babygirl is roadworthy again.
I live in a part of the country where deer are heavily populated and I never want to deal with this shit again.

Sorry this happened. Nice truck. Hard to tell much by one picture. As bad as it looks I have seen much worse from deer. I think you were lucky the deer didn't total yours. Still sucks. At least it didn't wipe out one side of your suspension although, from this view, it "looks" like your toe might be knocked out some. When I was a kid, before airbags and crumple zones, I saw what a stray cow did to a car one time on a dark North Carolina highway. Looked like that one hit a semi. Best of luck.

Appreciate it, and you’re absolutely right, could have been a lot worse.
Thanks for pointing out the slant regarding my wheel base, I hadn’t even noticed that! I need to make sure the body shop is aware of that. It’s possible it’s just an illusion due to that side missing the front fender end/side cap. I have TRD wheels so the offset is exaggerated in comparison to OEM wheels. Nonetheless, it’s something I’m going to look into, just in case:thumbsup:

Yes, an internet search yielded “PRNDL” switch or transmission signal switches / relays / wiring code for po705. Mine was thrown and causing issues that were remedied by replacing my tail lights that I recently shot pressure washer up into (mud) and also removing old backup camera pinched wire that goes to those tail lights. The backup camera and or moisture inside the tail lights can cause a short in the signal that tells the transmission the truck is in Reverse for the reverse lights and for the backup camera. Signals were getting mixed up because of the old pinched wire & possibly tail lights that got moisture in them. Glad I figured it out. Self diagnosed and was cheap. Also replaced the NSS on my trans which wasn’t the issue but easy / cheap enough to do.
