I have USAA and they hit me 120 a year almost three years ago because of a ticket. Paying 1900.00 for my car and truck but I have good coverage too.

My rate actually went down something like $300 for the year. Paying $45/m for full coverage and zero deducs.

You made good points, if you replied via a letter, hats off to you; it shows determination, better than just taking it up the b***.

The best one was where you said, My vehicle hasn't changed since starting insurance with you.

I also notice you got some pretty beefy coverage.

My gf work for one of the mayor carriers and to be honest to everyone posting comebacks or how to argue when they mention inflation, repair cost etc etc... Save yourself some time and a headache to the agent on the line and just shop around. Regardless if you are right or wrong there's nothing they can do about it unless you remove coverages or raise deductibles.

The amount of her coworkers in meds or alcohol is straight up insane. I would be able to do that shit I have had to just take a walk just to not talk back at the idiots arguing over her headphones.

    Life pro tip.

Go to an insurance broker who shops rates for you annually. There are lots of company's that are highly rated who don't advertise 24/7 that have cheaper rates. I had allstate for years and went to a broker who saved me thousands. We are eligible for USAA and they are way more than we currently pay to Grange.

I am blown away by all these rates. I just paid my 6 month premium on 3 vehicles, 500.00 deductibles, 500K coverage across the board, and that is it. 2200.00

Now if I owned a McLaren or some other high end vehicle....understandable.

    2016 GMC 3500HD
    2018 Subaru Crosstrek
    2007 Lexus IS350

All vehicles owned outright since day one.

    USAA.

What's crazy is that the premium is based on geographic statistics and those are constantly changing, so you need to shop.

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
Switch cable companies? How is that possible? Here in CT each town is locked into a one-company cable monopoly by our idiots in the legislature. The only possible switch is to satellite or telco lines (both suck).
As far as insurance on vehicles, I agree that a periodic switch is likely the best tactic to counteract rate increases.

Mine renews in October every year here in Southern California with AAA (Auto Club) which consistently has the lowest rates or close to it with great service and free notary services as well. I have the 2018 Tacoma DCLB and the 1988 911 on the policy with the highest limits they offer with full coverage and my policy went down about five percent, but I have never had an accident or ticket, am over 65 now and drive about 5000 miles total per year between both cars. The only thing they seem to ask about is how many miles a year you drive each vehicle.
