I got a bunch of guys on their break day trying to get across the beach so they can go home. It's currently decent weather out where we are and it's currently showing decent weather at the Galveston airport but the last 10 miles offshore before the beach are absolute garbage. Weather conditions are below our company minimums and it's simply not safe. So they look up at blue sky here and see nice weather in Galveston and can't understand why I'm not taking off. Not much I can do about the weather

If you have any yard-sized garbage bags, preferably the paper ones, you can cover a large area by cutting the bag at the seam and flattening it out. Fold it in half long ways. Lay it out on the bathroom countertop with half on the counter and half on the wall and spray away. Vent is optional depending on how good a time you want to have with it. For the best quality coat you can lay down, ensure the wife is not home. No smoking.

 

Don't smoke anyway, but my bench is well vented! Actually, wind is not my problem.



It'll be shiny and red again. And I'll probably get another one and do it righter! It was great the first go, until I tried touch up a smaller issue, and made a bigger one.

Good Morning SA! Another grey and drippy morn, to be followed by miscellaneous skies and warm. Can't complain too much about that. Not much other that getting the car washed - so I can stick some decorations on it, grille back on, water greenhouse, get the last piece on the water heater bypass drain. Lot of not much!

C&C Fiesta TX Saturday - my forecast currently has only cloudy, with 15% chance. Planning on picking up a toy, and making the last show. They don't make weather decisions until Friday.

Anyone ever go to Cigar International? Been going quite frequently, its a great spot if you are in to cigars. If anyone ever wants to meet up for a cigar, just let me know!

Well, pretty much used up the Putz! Greenhouse left, that's it.
The decorations she now says she "didn't want, I was just telling you about them", are now on the RAV4. Yeah, I'll put some on LBR tomorrow.




And the grille is back on and smooth, and shiny. Ten foot truck rule applies- will last until I decide to do something else.




And the last piece for the overflow pipe came. Now, there was a gash in the cement by the door, so I used the cutoff tool to make it little more drain like, sealed it with primer and paint, and adjusted my corrugated pipe section to fit.







Must be beer thirty now.

 

I just saw that it was finished being built! It looks like they have a full restaurant and bar. I need to get in there for a stick, drink, and meal!
