At his age he probably has forgotten that he has answered it before, makes it easier to keep helping.

Kurt and the Canguro team have run an Ivan livery for their Cruiser I always thought looked good. Baja 1000 and other, high flying things. It translates well on all kinds of trucks it seems

@Speedytech7 Masochistic German nerd shit, but supposed to go drive my first ZF8 car on Sunday...a 2 series coupe. (Which I also happen to think is one of the better looking in their modern lineup. No buckteeth.)

Were they brand new? Mine have been going strong for a few years, no signs of weakening. (ARE)

Hopefully a 240i or M240i, that'll be fun if it's got the sport package with the paddles. They turn the shift speed up in sport mode and it's impressive, especially with a tune to really turn it up

It is a way to give back to the community. Afterall, I was once where he is... not a clue, but not realizing it.

She's got a 228 and a 230i xDrive. No m240 right now (Same girl I've worked with at Mini, she called because they don't get a ton of 2 series in that aren't builds for people and knew I wanted to get in one to at least give a go.) The m240i seems like the best bang for buck tbh but new its a bit too rich for my blood. Used though...
Also going to give a Cooper S with DCT a run. Only driven manual Minis.

The Forester isn't long for this driveway :anonymous:

Darn, no turbo then. Not gonna lie, I wouldn't own a Bimmer without a turbo.

I'm probably an 'old timer,' in terms of actual age on here, but I'm with ya, I don't stray outta here much anymore.

230i has the 2.0 twin scroll turbo right? (I remember its hp being over my JCWs 228)
    I know the 240i has a 3.0 6 cyl like almost 400 though.

House to myself and the idea of getting to veg out tonight and binge watch a show is more exciting than I can convey, I literally never get to do that at home anymore lol.

Gonna take Simba on a long walk first, poor old dude has been home by himself all day with a cat that's constantly trying to lure him into a claw fight

:p I couldn't help it. How have you been? Anything exciting going on? You would be happy to know green truck has taken point duty with the weather lately. Mud tires on ice blows. But 4wd makes up for a lot of it. You may have seen that I threw the ctek on the green truck a week ago. Thought I was gonna fry the starter when I took it out a couple days later, never heard that thing spin so fast!

I searched for the channel mentioned (buildsnburnouts) and found this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JRPCzk-YY6I

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2CPC_0dYKdU

    It's a White 3000.

I'm not familiar with White, but it sounds like they were a pretty significant business in their day: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_Motor_Company

Good to hear. I approve of all this. And as you know I am a ctek fanboi.

Not much happening here. Minus the ice, weather's been pretty crappy here too. That and 8 hours a day of daylight, doesn't leave much time for shenanigans.

The good part about running the guac is you can bounce it off of shit and not worry about it too much.:rofl:
