Yep, that’s exactly what it is. I’ve heard these on equipment in the field at work. I always thought it was a compressor blowoff or something like that. Pretty neat, and so much nicer than the traditional audible backup alarm.

 

By “recalled”, I think you mean they did a software update that disabled it unless you are in Park.

 

I figured the bright red would get annoying so it's easier just to get green letters now before I put it on. I might bring it to work with me and anodize the plate a charcoal black color. We'll see if they let me do that!

 

You got it! I will try not to wreck them. I figure to squeeze the posts in back and gently pry the front corners with a thin plastic shim.

The e brake bracket. I hope that doesn’t flex too much on the trail. Reason being the line looks maxed out already.

 

You can bend them a little to get them out if the way. Just don't go crazy with the bends, and don't bend them back, leave them so the next time you
grease, you don't have to bend them again.

Just installed new leaf packs and 5160's last night. Any noticeable differences with the durabumps and flip kit so far?

 

lol, i only ever heard them on Amazon vans, and given their inconsistent vehicle maintenance programs, i always assumed that buzzing backup beeper was a bad beeper!
