Vibration though steering wheel at 70-80 mph

Lose the diff drop. They are unnecessary on the 3rd gens and can cause more harm than good.

 

Try the re balancing of the tires first. I use a diff drop in the front and a rear carrier bearing drop. Based on the factory measurements and keeping within spec I am completely vibration free. I believe your issue is tire related.

 

If soberity and going with the flow of traffic isn't working then have you tried drinking a few beers so you notice it less plus drive faster to see if it goes away over 95mph? If you still notice it then maybe incorporate texting?

It’s gotten better, I did road force balance again and adjusted tire pressure. I think the KO2 tires didn’t like psi in the 40’s. I’ve added my diff drop back in and it’s made a huge difference
