    @CttAznRanger

Clean that area up, and see if you can see the area of concern.

Otherwise, internally, I wouldn't worry too, much. Once welded tight, it'll become hermetic.

If you really wanted, you could drill the to be filled out, heat the tube, and spray some FF up in there, THEN weld it...

But, I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you wanted, I could burn in the spot for ya... just need to wait for warmer weather

I’ll write one up tomorrow, I used it last night and it was about 25 here and we stayed perfectly comfortable in the tent. No insulation or anything and running it on low

A possibility, but I feel like that may be unlikely just because it seems to be on the upper side of the tube. That last photo where the top most portion of where the wet spot is, is the top part, see carhart logo on my sweater, lol.
Only way that is happening is if I rip the whole thing off, lol. It is in the spot between the grille and the main section of the bumper, so can't get to it otherwise.

I might take you up on the offer to weld it shut, but I might also make an actual weep hole on the bottom like Rocket mentioned.

The amount of salt and pre treat ice melt that was used for this tiny storm was insane. We’re starting the rust season off strong this year.

Already bought and built. I bought a Stumpjumper Evo frame a few months back and started collecting parts to get it together. Maiden voyage was last weekend, took it out again yesterday and it did great so the Polygon needs a new home.

Grrrr, tried to replace the dryer hose and the fittings are too big. Plus now I find out my heating hose running to the bathroom is broken. I hate this house.

I've been battling a washer outlet hose since 2009....damn drain pipe is almost 5 feet from the floor...so naturally the rinse cycle is fighting gravity along with that free flow which really isn't there because of the damn hight of the drain....grrrr as well....

Sweet. Super nice bike! And nice parts too. I see a Fox Kashima coated fork, Nobl wheels with some red hubs and your favorite tires!

Yeah, I got really lucky with the sales the shops had recently. I got that Kashima coated fork for less than the Lyrik I bought for the Polygon because Jenson had a blow out sale! Those red hubs are I9 Hydras, they make really great noises on downhill runs. It’s an absolute blast to ride, it’s a bigger travel, burlier bike than the Polygon but yet it’s 4-5 lbs lighter!

I do have a saving grace. 3/4 inch x 6 pine , tongue and groove thruout. Makes for a sturdy home , no sheathing in this baby.

My sister bought a house owned by people who had no idea what they were doing.

I bought her all new locks and when installing them I found they had nailed the existing strikes to the door frame. She also had doors where the knob was a 2-3/8 backset but the deadbolt was 2-3/4 for some reason. In those situations, it looked like they cut the hole for the deadbolt with a jigsaw.

An outdoor outlet was added to the front of the house and they ran the Romex inside, put a lamp plug on it, and plugged it into an existing basement outlet. That outlet box was surface mounted on concrete so it would have been easier for them to just run the Romex into that box and do it correctly.

There isn't a sillcock valve for the garden hose. They stuck a pipe through the siding and put a ball valve on it instead. I took a picture of that one:

    PXL_20221009_211649906.jpg

I didn't see the house until after she bought it, but it makes me nervous that I saw all this so quickly. Makes me wonder how much more I'm not seeing.
