Adam-12 and Hill Street Blues are both procedurally accurate for their respective time periods. Most wrong, I really can’t say. It’s more that a lot of the shows just don’t get it right, the course of a real investigation doesn’t go the way they portray or they blatantly violate search and seizure and various other state and fed laws.

Tony Beretta took a lot of beatings too if I remember right. Not as many suited bad guys in it though lol.

I knew a few nurses back in my early days on the job who fell in the “bed hopping sluts” category. Knew a few cops that did too.

Barney Miller is actually pretty good as far as the interaction in the squad room of a detective division.

The movie Weird Science...the kids in the movie identified cars by the sound of their engines as they drove by...

I had a nurse a few years back that worked Night shift I thought for sure I was dreaming

I may have touched her Boob I said 'Shit I thought I was dreaming" She laughed " It happens quite often"

That is how it was in my youth.
You could identify them by the lights at night too.
