I got a notification that my carbon bellypan was out for delivery just to find out that the ste. number was missing on the label. I've been waiting for it since Sept. and rushed to the office (wfh today) to take delivery.

I also picked up a set of second hand O.Z. Racing Piega wheels that I'll have refinished after the bellypan is fitted and wrapped.

 

Still cold, for me in Charlotte. 55. The leather jacket doesn’t go well with shorts and riding boots. I hate pants.

finished the look of the bike. I got in touch with Dave Moss from 2clicksout. He sent me a suspension set up for the bike. Just dialed it in, need to ride now to test and fine tune.

Still on the list is rear seat, 520 sprocket conversion, and flash tune by Moore Mafia.

I really need to buy mesh pants and jacket.

 

i just suffer haha ive crashed a few times on atvs and some small dirtbikes in shorts so i never do that again haha i need to find my old moto paints that my dad gave me years ago (they were the wrong size big time so i never used em lmao) for summer riding i have a old set of fox racing pants jersey and boots the boots thou all the buckles broke if i could get new buckles id run them

Couldn't remember if I had posted here or not I've just been stupid with the fact I'm on a smaller bike and I putt around(I know that doesn't make a difference). Back when I had the GSXR, I always wore gear.

 

i wear shorts for everything. When I go to Ruth Chris my cargo shorts are my dress up go to. It os the Floridian in me.

haha i mean i aint got much either man i got a riding jacket for summer use which is a bit bulky so i dont use it to much anymore unless im gonna be riding all day.... and then my helmet and gloves thats it lol

 

Finally! I hope installation isnt too much of a hassle.

 

Well it's not looking like honda is going to bring the NT1100 here. Called and spoke with a dealer. So exploring other bikes. Thinking about a triumph 1200 Bonneville. Dealers actually have them in stock! And there tons of accessories available for them. I'd get saddle bags, heated grips and a wind shield to start with.

 

Had to turn on the heated liners this morning riding to work. 26 degrees on my way in. Should be in the low 40s heading home later today. Might be the last day I can ride for a little. Wintry mix forecast supposed to come in Wednesday afternoon or evening and be ugly Thursday and Friday. Got to enjoy the days I can.

 

Rode in this morning for the first time in 25 days! It was high 20's, but not awful, roads were mostly dry. New hippo hands are pretty good. A couple cold spots that weren't there on the previous ones, but the finger warmth and sealing from the front is much better, plus the extra range of motion when I stand is worth it.

 

hmm trimmed number plates on the drz is a interesting look makes it a bit more slim lookin sorta lol still fat but less fat
