I’m on my third pair of Merrell Moab… in 8 years. They were recommended. I get a new pair 2-3 years, when the stitch or seam starts to give way (usually due to a cut or snag). Note: Merrell sells the inserts as replacements, if you want to replace them occasionally.

Lol I will be mowing this weekend. I have lived your dream and made a new reality. I moved south. I gave my killer snow blower with heated grips away when I moved. Have never looked back.

    This was unexpected.

I'm watching Emily the Criminal on Netflix. This guy shows up and I think "that shirt looks pretty similar to one of mine."

    Shirt.jpg

Looks "pretty similar" because it's exactly the same.

    20221212_211230.jpg

What's really funny to me is that shirt is around 8 years old and from Walmart.

What is this stuff you folks speak of?
It has to drop below 32 degrees for that stuff right?
That explains why I have never heard of it…

I started the day with a ham, pepper jack, onion omelette and the sidewalk is clear - day is looking good so far.

I start the day with a calendar full of meetings. December is always my busiest time, finishing current year and making sure all the new processes, goals and plans are ready to be rolled out in January. I used to think those old guys in offices did nothing. Now that I am an old guy in an office I understand why they were there before everyone else and some of the last to leave.

For years I was the first one there and the last to leave - until one magical day I got in my old daily van and drove away, never to return.

Seeing the company sign in my rear view mirror for the last time - priceless. :)

The fallout from my leaving when they started figuring out the actual scope & volume of things I quietly attended to all those years -:rofl::rofl:.
