    Attic envy. :jellydance:

The ceiling is 11 feet and there is a 24" square hole that I slither through from a 10' step ladder. Everything is covered with fiberglass dust, pretty miserable up there.

I took 2 pieces of OSB about 1' x 6' and put them in the V of the trusses, slide one then the other and crawl the entire length of the attic dragging #6 cable.

I scored a free buck decoy last week. It needed a paint job, little TLC, and an ear... :)

Not an issue, it is the total demand that is important not how many handles you have in the panel.
If those 8 breakers were being used for electric heat that would be different.

There's no insulation above the garage, but the main house has that old nasty blown in insulation that you have to wear a N95 to navigate it. I gotta get up there to run some wire for new lights in the kitchen. Not looking forward to that... :annoyed:

Is that to shoot at or to attract his friends to shoot at?

It looks like it was made as an archery target, but has never been shot. I'm also going to use it as a decoy, I think. I usually travel very light when I hunt, so we'll see.

Getting zapped by 110 is nothing. 277 is where it's at!

    I definitely won't forget that experience... o_O

Left her in 2WD and gave her hell. :burnrubber:

It was not nearly as bad as I was expecting. The interstate speed limit is 55, I started off doing 42 then topped out and held 50 for most of the journey.

Driveway has had the first go-round of snow blowing. I should probably get to bed at a decent time so I can get up early to do it again if I need to.

something a friend keyed me into recently is the Amazon returns-- if you return at kohl's, they always give you a $5-off coupon to buy something. just pick someone in line and hand it to them. who's gonna turn down $5 off what they were already going to spend?

    inferno is the best color!

    Re poll:

I get McDonald's coffee. I like it and it's quick.

Rolled up to the pay window and was told the car in front of me paid. Nice. I asked what is the proper procedure to keep this " pay it forward" train rolling?

I was told most just pay for the car behind them as a way to thank the car in front.

I look in my mirror and I see a minivan with at least 4 passengers.

I said to myself:. Fuck that! All I wanted was a cup of coffee. No way am I gonna pony up $30 bucks to keep this shit going.

    I honestly felt set up.

Meh, it's just money, you can't take it with you!

I would have looked behind me and seen the 4 people in a van and just went "Well, crap, welp, here's my debit card"

I usually initiate random acts of kindness. Never been the beneficiary. Many times in drive thru I pay for vehicle behind me. Especially if it is a beat up vehicle with kids in it....

Why wouldn't they? There is often 2 lanes. It would be easy to track a van full of kids.

460 hurts most for me. 7200 knocked me back. 460 went from one hand straight through the body to the other hand. I was only 28 and I felt it for weeks. I thought I died.

I think I'm good on helping out peeps down on their luck.

I made 2 anonymous house and car payment for my sick brother in law as well roofed his house.

He held on as long as he could. I just got back from his funeral 3 days ago. Travelling 1600 miles to do it. I'm ready for a break.

I'd do it again if I could .
