    I will. I will be getting a regular pizza. GF has a noticeable texture. Back in the 70s, Mineo's was my choice over Aiello's, but that was more of a family tradition. The other we went to often was Vincent's in East Pgh/Forest Hills for a Vinnie pie. Then, when we moved to Monroeville, we would go to Conca D'oro off of RT. 286 for a local pie. I remember it being quite good.

    Oh wow Vincent's! I remember as a young lad my dad taking me there for the first time, I remember the old man making a pizza with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth with the ashes going who knows where. Went there about 10 years ago and got a pie with 2 or 3 toppings and believe it or not it was just to much piled up, only could eat 1 slice. Now I'm hungry!

    When we were teenagers old Vinnie was there flinging dough with a cig in his mouth. He left, went to the bathroom and came out with flour still all over his hands. One of my friends pointed it out in a loud voice. Vinnie got real angry and threw us out. :eek: Vinnie wasn't too much for hygiene I guess but that hot oven probably killed any germs. The pizzas sure were good, with toppings piled so high. He's long gone now.

    Day 2 of class over here in Jersey, testing, "investigating" and then back to the hotel. Half day tomorrow and then back go night shifts. I mildly regret taking a day class in the middle of night shifts, but this class should be worth it so long as I pass the written later today :rofl:
