I drove my LR3 yesterday and the HID headlights seem dim compared to the OEM LED headlights on my Tacoma. I used to think they were bright.

 

Added some topo laser etched Meso door handle covers a couple days ago and will be adding the LED dome and map lights today.

 

Just in time for tomorrow nights northeaster. 265 75 16.

 

I had an 18 2.7 that was the last year of the 4cyl and we never got a 4cyl 4x4 as well. We also never got a reg cab just access..

 

Did the "Big 3", actually 7, with a powertray.
Looking back I should have left this one off. I wanted to add the 270 amp DC Power alternator, but did not like the fitment issues.
Make the wire upgrade superfluous unless I can find an actual o.e. fitment, high output alternator.

 

Got a 6-pack of cosmoline in this week for my new Tacoma to get applied to the underbody before we get any snow here. So far lucking out with warmer weather and rain.

I placed my RP-342 on a heating pad for about 30 minutes (wrapped the pad in a towel first) and it warmed the cans up nicely and everything sprayed easily. I do regret not having a better nozzle extension than what they included. Once it pops off, it's not fun to get it to reattach.

 

When I applied the RP-342, I put the cans in warm (120°F to 130°F) water for about 15-20 minutes. I agree with your statement concerning the red straw popping off - I went through my entire (and extensive) cuss word vocabulary several times when reattaching the straws.

 

Today we installed awesome cali raised fog lights.

So what is the application like in terms of comparing it to spraying spray paint? I think I saw a bit about having the can upside down. Makes me really consider one of those spray paint can trigger grips to help.

Is the straw just to help get it into cavities, or is the stray needed for the spray pattern or something?
