couldn't you have just refused the shipment when they delivered it? usually thats what they say to do when stuff is damaged in shipping

 

Yes I could have. Took a chance because I'm desparate for more space and I've been playing tag with this delivery co for a few weeks. When I peeked inside it seemed like it might be okay. Turns out it was worse than expected and the one spot I peeked was the only good spot.

 

Remember, when using these fine ratchets, whether to tighten or loosen, always pull towards you… This is so you may receive the spirit of the fastener steel. Do not reject the steel’s spirit by pushing it’s efforts away from you.

Happy with my harbor freight triple bank. Rented a trailer and picked it up myself. They let me open the box before loading it onto the trailer.

 

I would have chosen the HF US General if they didn’t increase prices as much. And yeah after this I may pick up at the store rather than dealing with delivery.

 

Love my US General box, it's got somewhere north of 15k miles in the past two seasons riding in the race trailer and has held up great.
