How about some bigass fuzzy dice on the mirror?

In highschool, it was toting around panties from the last fling... But now all the kids are putting stuffed animals?

Nope, never hung anything other than a parking pass from my rear view mirror.
I did have piston out of a string trimmer on my key ring at one time. That was when I took small engine repair in High school. That didn’t last long. Wasn’t too pocket friendly at all

Too obscure of a cut, I suppose that was.

About a year or two ago there was an epic thread about a guy who was highly paranoid about his bike getting ripped off the truck while pooping at highway rest stops. If I remember right it got nuked, so we can't even link to it anymore. It's gone from history, save for the tellers of tall tales.

Also, if I'm to understand jeep culture correctly, you duck other people's jeeps. Only nerds duck their own jeeps.

So the off the wall comment was a bit of a portmanteau, if you will.

The TLDR summary was that a bike lock wasn't secure enough, and would it be ok to use a battleship grade anchor chain wrapped around the leaf spring. The thread went as you'd expect from there.
