Yep, we had it throughout the day. Tornadoes in all the places it shouldn’t have been… too many touched down. Fortunately only two deaths so far, but what a mess. I’ve got travels today, so will see some areas first hand. Office Christmas party too! It’ll be a day!

Sadie feels much better so I'm back at the shop, looks like someone turned on the "can you can have this and that done before Christmas" light

 

While a neat concept, what would happen if they tried it in actual snow? That's just a dusting

I think it would fill up quick, roll out the sides, and you would have a mess.

I've had a chance to use a similar snowblade on wheels and it worked pretty darn awesome for just a dusting. I'd say even work very well on 2-3" of snow so long as it wasn't the wet slushy variety. My wife purchased one for Mother.

 

Quick story time, not sure if I shared or not before.
So we have these two fellas work here, identical twins, both 6'2" or more not overweight but solid 240 pounds I'd guess, blonde hair blue eyed big farm boys. So anyway these two I don't think left the rural Nebraska parts until working here and having opportunity to work in other sites in other states. One of them went South for work in Louisiana and was having very difficult time understanding some with accent from there. There was a couple others that went with him and on day off they all went to golf driving range. The feller working there mumble whszballuwan? And my coworker was baffled and ask what? He again mumble whszballuwan? Coworker answers a regular PGA Tour size golf ball!
he ask, what size bucket of balls is what he was asking. Just cracks me up if you knew these guys, they're very cool and great workers with smarts.

I hate hearing about deaths due to weather events….Reminds me of a freak ice storm we had years ago. Icy conditions lasted for less than an hour. Some poor sole driving a municipal sander got killed in the line of duty..It’s stuck with me ever since.

The storm came through my area last night, heavy thunderstorms and wind for about an hour then it calmed down to a steady rain for a few more hours. Hope it’s not bad for you guys today.

 

I don't think that would work for the snow here...
