    I have one I hacked together out of a heavy washer, a 10.9 bolt, and an old circular saw blade spacer that was laying around in my basement, cuz I thought I'd get it with a blind bearing slide hammer puller, and I was sorely mistaken. Let me make sure I have it after work, if so it can be yours fo' free.
