    Reserected from the dead.
I think a lot of it stems from the fact that we experience human/family death our whole life. It prepared us as we age.

As for our pets, we only experience the loss of our own pets. This occurs much less often than our human losses. I hate to say it, but we get no practice.

No one goes to funerals of pets of our friends or families. We don't share the grief like we do with our human family and friends.

Our pet losses can be much more emotional. We don't experience it often enough to get used to it .

This is my opinion. Please don't take it as gospel.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
That is interesting way to look at things.

Then I have only ever been to one Funeral in my life.

Working on the road I most often found out about things after the fact being long before the internet and cell phones.

Our dog loss is much more personal. Nobody knows that dog like me. It's like losing a dear friend.

The downside of going to bed at 8:00 - when you wake up at 2:00, there might be no going back to sleep.

This reminds me one of the semi truck driver woke up and reached to start up the engine in the cold morning, it created a nasty aftermath and I was assigned to clean the furry mess in the radiator area, yikes!

Or...never breaking a 500 ft lbs lug nut using an extension with pulling down motion! I've witnessed the guy's nose bridge become a landing path of the extension pipe when socket slipped. It could've been worse!

    Good Morning everyone :hattip:

Snowmageddon forecasted for the next day and a half up here though my particular community tends to get shielded by Mt Washington and other Presidentials….

Good luck to all who’ve already experienced the storm!
