    @C4 Fabrication delivered their bumper to me last night. More-accurately, I picked it up from a FedEx freight center. Nevertheless....

    This thing looks incredible. Beautiful welds. Solid-feeling. It's bare metal - i am thinking rhino-line type covering; or even plasti-dip. Something I can touch up easily - and adds as little weight possible.

    And one other thing - it's NOT crazy heavy. I think it shipped at 200-something pounds but I could easily pick it up off the pallet. I'm not worried about the front springs being too soft - to the extent I'm now shopping winches.

    By every aspect I can think of, this is top-notch workmanship and I'm very happy I picked this company and product.

    When I got my @CaliRaisedLed front skid, I ended up using the roll on bedliner from Rustoleum. It turned out pretty good. When I need to touch it up I use the spray can type. It’s tough to tell the difference but the two types do look different.

    I’ll have to check out what that bumper looks like.

    I'll scootch it out from the bed of the truck and get some photos.

    For protecting the metal - am looking at Rustoleum Rust reform and Seal spray. The interwebs claims it somehow bonds and seals junk and stuff. Did you use primer?

    I can’t remember exactly on the prep but I’m pretty sure I degreased, then I used self etching primer, the reformer spray then the bed liner.
