    Whelp…thanks TacomaWorld family for costing me more money. I am now $600 poorer and 2 hours away from where I would have already been but now the proud owner of a scooped hood!

    so, it’s black and my Tacoma is lunar rock. Should I paint it lunar rock or put a carbon fiber looking wrap on it?

    yeah I have it. I was able to fit it into my wife’s 4runner. I’ll have to get prices on the color match. I wonder how much that will cost. Thanks again!

    Honestly you never know if someone may come up with a trade with you. Lunar rock unfortunately is a hard color to find

    True. I actually found a lunar rock wrap online. Looks pretty good. Considering wrapping the sides of the hood and leaving part of the center black. Might be a unique look and turn out well. I’m just not too experienced with wrapping myself but a nice fairly level surface might be worth a shot.

    Having it professionally wrapped in lunar rock and leaving the scoop portion black or having the scoop wrapped in satin black would look the cleanest. Sounds like you have a new truck too. Keep it clean

    It’s both sides, but there are more looking. The hard part is finding someone with your color and condition acceptable to both sides. Some have unrealistic expectations. Like real estate - location, location, location.
