1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

I'm in Culinary School for Baking & Pastries.

I'll post some stuff here and in the Bread thread just for fun. Always welcoming criticism as I've never baked before...with the exception of enchiladas, lasagna, potatoes and stuff.

Never made pastries or breads before so it's all new to me.

 

Crittermas, this is thing?

I ordered it because the 4wd has a pillar cluster for AFR and boost, and I want something to accurately monitor temps, I have no idea how im going to mount this gauge.

 

Ahhh, My girlfriend used to be a pastry chef then decided to switch to doing sushi. all precision work. I know how hard it is. I just looked through my work emails to try and find this bread that was absolutely unreal, I think I have the recipe ill DM you if I find it.

 

Always down to try new stuff!

Wife took all the Panetonne I made and apparently her work loves it; in fact that's how I've gotten rid of all our extra bread.

Apparently they want to order stuff now...

 

I found the pickup sheet for the bread but it doesn't have instructions, but it was a Schiacciata bread, whole thing tasted like the best crispy soft pan pizza crust.
