Poor compression cylinder 3,HELP

    1998 white extended cab
    Bilstein 5100’s with ome 881 coils on lowest setting, JBA upper control arms, LCE header, 31x10.5x15 falken wildpeaks.
    1998 2.7L 273k miles
    I’ve replaced the spark plugs and wires multiple times within the last 2 years. Been getting p0303 and p0300 codes and cel. Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Cylinder 1- 150 psi first try cold
    Cylinder 2- 119 psi first try cold, 90 psi second try cold, 150 psi third try warm
    Cylinder 3- 50 psi first try cold, 60 psi second try warm
    Cylinder 4- 150 psi first try cold

    Leak down test to see where the compression is being lost.

    Are you loosing coolant?

    You could check the valve clearance.
