It's just plastic. If you mess up you can re trim a little so it's even on both sides. Otherwise, full metal bumper.

 

I measured an 1/8 lower so that I can trim if needed.

what’s difficult is trying to measure with the curves of the bumper and can’t use a square to measure flat.

Yeah I could hear the groaning spinning this particular wheel with the truck on jacks. Sound was gone after the bearing replacement. Already did the ECGS bushing last year with RCV axles, spindle gussets, big brake kit...

Technically the bearing falls under the powertrain warranty for 4x4 trucks, but when your truck is on the TW calendar bouncing up rocks...

 

Got a 100xr cap a few days ago and turned the taco into el burrito. Made pulling the sxs a little easier. Still terrible mileage though. The overland tune helped a bit but just got an appointment to have 4.88 gears put in, coming soon.
