Anyone heading by Park City, UT and coming anywhere within a few hours of Denver? I may have a set of 4 Subaru snow tires (no wheels) from my partners uncle.

I need to make a metal frame to reinforce my wooden fence gate. Does anyone have a welder they could teach me to use or even possible do a few welds on the frame?

 

Wouldnt it just be easier to build a new gate?

I essentially took fence panels. Put wheels on it. Threw it in a track system and attached a motor. Over the past year and a half the wood has began to bow so it doesn't close correctly now.

NO pain, no Jane. She was a cold, but glorious mountain today. Snow was amazing fir pre-Christmas. Was -2 at 8 AM when we pulled in.

fucking pipes. Total bill was $12k and a whole boat of annoyance. They mixed the concrete on my driveway spilling into the runoff channels and staining other parts. They then washed out some of the equipment in my flowerbed. Yes the flowerbed had dead plants but still a fucked up thing to do. Now the concrete they replaced in the floor has settled and it's not level with the rest of the floor. This whole homeownership thing is not all its cracked up to be.

 

It sure isn't, that's why I'm glad to be a renter. I know what I'd be getting into and I have better things to do with my time (make money, ride bikes).
