Not today, i was getting bum rushed by people so i got out of there quick

 

We got the displays relocated to the short wall of the office. I evenly spaced them from the top of the baseboard to the ceiling. I have just enough room to fit a third row of displays above the outlet.

 

Sorry to hear that dude.. go early in the morning when they open!

I grumbled about a guy last week at Walmart blocking the displays and working with the stock people in the back of the store for delivery times. I ran into him again today . This time he and his wife had shopping carts blocking the displays at Drug Mart. They methodically went through every peg of cars both Hot Wheels and Matchbox. I was in and out in 10 minutes getting what we needed. Me and my wife were snickering when he came out of the store and didn't buy anything as we were pulling out. My wife understands why I collect but she cant believe grown men act that way over little toy cars.
I need to live where Kilo Charlie does and wouldn't have to put up with crap like this.

That's the way Target has looked here for over 6 months. Sometimes they will have a few HW premiums but not often. Walmart is the same way. Kroger has been good about having new dump bins regularly.

 

no Krogers around here.. and with their exclusive colors on a few cars it makes them hard to get !

 

Yup Kroger is the best so far. Only place I’ve been able to find Tacomas. There were 4 of em there but only snagged 2 more for some buddies.

Pretty good haul. Too bad they were 10 for $10 this time but 4 for $5

 

This weekend's finds...

 

So.. weird story .. last Thursday I found a Treasure Hunt at Walmart.



Since I already had it, I put it on the middle peg on the front row in hopes that someone would come around the corner and see it and it would make their day better.



This morning, so 4 days later.. I am back in Walmart and what do I see?



How is this even possible? All of the cars around it seem to have changed.. but here that TH is.. just sitting on the top bar and not the actual peg.

Even weirder, I went to the other Walmart and their shelves were absolutely empty! So, knowing that Target has had empty shelves for weeks, I figured I could use the exercise walking through the store. Apparently, they actually got a box o HWs and even though about half of them are gone already, I did manage to find this 70s Van



And despite about half of the cars already gone, I still managed to find a different Treasure Hunt!!

 

Stopped at Walmart on my way to work to pick up a few things and had to walk by the toy section. Thought I had all of these but saw this one I know I don’t have.

 

They had bunch of vw the other day in that brand. I didnt take any pics

 

They had a few others including some buses. There was one other I wasn’t sure I had so I bought it anyway. Find out when I get home.
