I have a couple friends with variations on that and they really seem to like them. Planning to try out zwift as well

I recently picked up an old CycleOps trainer cheap from a friend and have used it a few times now. Initial opinions:

    1) Zwift is garbage software. The core functionality does what it's supposed to, but don't be surprised if you put your height in as 6'0" and it later tells you that you're 5'12". If you don't like what the web/mobile/desktop version of the software is doing, try one of the others--there's a decent chance it will do something different.
    2) Get a good fan. You will sweat a lot. Sweat is very corrosive. If Wahoo doesn't include one, consider getting something like this, especially if you're using a bike with a steel frame: https://www.jensonusa.com/Garmin-Tacx-Sweat-Cover-3

This is my first time not riding outside, so I hadn’t tried that :)

    Good to know!

I should be covered on the fans, and we’ll see about zwift. If it keeps me from getting bored, that’s probably good enough.

I need to get a cassette yet, so it might be a bit.

Yeah, I don't mean to say you shouldn't use Zwift. The feedback and gamification makes riding a stationary much more enjoyable, and the core functionality is solid. Outside of the core functionality, it has bugs and quirks that I don't think should be in software that millions of people pay $15/month for. My non-software friends are much less critical of it than I am.

    I know haha.

But can you imagine how sick of a camping rig it would be?

I’ve heard it go both ways. They can be gross and their wiring is always suspect. But other than that, would be very sweet.

I stayed at a motorcycle campground once that let you sleep in an old ambulance for a few extra bucks a night, seemed like a nice option on a cold night.

    Everything but the driveshaft. B03A - 410
I've seen a couple of conversions around here at big meets. I hear it can be a cost-effective solution.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
I know who's it is and I would rather see it used for a IFS swap on an 80

I don’t think you can go wrong taking chicks to pound town in an old ambulance.
