I got 14's to fit perfectly on my rear end. I can use the entire 63 spring with about 1-2" leftover on both full bump and down travel.

I worked at a fab shop for a short amount of time and they despised King and their 6+ month lead times. Always tried to get them to go with Fox but it's in peoples heads King is the King, I guess.

Good question, I'll have to put my leaf pack back together and check. I currently only have the main leaf in. I'll try to measure that Tomorrow for ya! I did have to run an OSR kit, without it the 14 would not have fit.

If you compared apples to apples, Fox use better quality parts. 98% off the folks with kings says they look nice *I get kings, its blue* and everyone have them.

If you talk with AccuTune, they'll recommend Fox. If you talk with filthymotor, they'll recommend kings. Maybe they get a kick back percentage? But if you do the research, you'll understand.

I don't like blue parts. I prefer stealth mode. Had fox on RZR and they were awesome and I love a girl in a Fox bikini.

Living here in rust country I have seen so many kings that are totally shot from rust. Fox don't seem to rust nearly as bad if any really. Prob why jeeps use them.

100% agree. I don't know anyone who really has anything bad to say about their Fox shocks. I'm also convinced they are miles ahead of everyone else with shock technology.

On top of that Kings customer service/quality control is a joke. One of my buddys rebuilds shocks and he was working on some 4" bumpstops. He called King to order some new bodies as the old ones were too scared to use. They gave him the runaround about just getting new ones, etc. etc. but eventually got a parts order placed. 4 months later 1 4" body showed up, and 1 2" body showed up. He called their customer support and long story short found out they sent another customer, who ordered 2" bodies, his other 4" one. He needed to wait another 4 months for them to machine another 4" body. 8 months for a simple bump stop rebuild.

In the meantime he rebuilt 2 pairs of Fox coilovers and 4 tripple bypasses without any issues.

If you go locked let me know, we get 25% off :)

We use Locked bump stops in our 3rd gen 4Runner bump stop kits and I have no complaints with them so far. They seem decently made.

I did that with my Bilstein front shocks and put a fox sticker on them so the overlanders would think I was cool! The sticker fell off eventually.

I need to find the page in my build thread, it's kind of far back, where some dude came in, asked a random 2nd gen truck question then told me to F off and called me an asshole when I told him to go to the 2nd gen forum... So bizarre LOL!!
