    Hey y'all

    I have a 2011 v6 4x4 Taco.
found out my passenger upper ball joint is past due for a change. Hoping to replace it next weekend before a big camping trip. As I will have access to a press, was thinking of doing just the ball joint to save a buck. I'd like to get OEM parts, but according to the link below, post #29, Toyota doesn't sell them in the US. Wondering if that's still the case, and if so, any recs for a good brand that's not too painful a price?

Is MOOG still have good stuff? My mechanic was advising against them, said it's not as quality as it used to be.

Ok good to know on the buy and sell, never really checked that out, some good stuff there.

Moog quality has gone down the drain after they got bought out. Stay away from them. Go to Napa and buy the Sankei 555. They are the same manufacturer for Toyota balljoints.

Agreed. Moog is really hit or miss these days. Not worth the gamble. Had a customer need moog LBJ's replaced only after 6 months.
