They've since planted evergreens all around the field, but it will take several years to grow big enough. :(

Sure looks like it, but I thought they chew closer to the ground.

Nah, you’d see teeth marks, not straight blade marks, looks like someone went to town with a hatchet… lemme see if I still have the pictures from the one at work. (Talk about a headache)

the height threw me for a loop at first as well. I should have stepped back and snapped a pic. It's about 2 feet up the tree or so.

Yup. PA does not have a permitting requirement to purchase any firearm.

If you're buying from a gun shop/dealer, they will run your background check.

If you're buying from a private party in PA, as long as the purchasing party is not a felon (the seller must verify), then you can purchase a long gun from the seller without going through a background check. This was written into Commonwealth law a long time ago to honor the hunting tradition here in PA.

but yeah... long answer to a short question.

Spotted this festive guy @PennSilverTaco in New Hope tonight. Tried saying hey but I think the Christmas music drown me out. Decorations look awesome. My girlfriend spotted it first and said oh look at that tacoma! Then i realized. I know that truck!

Good morning Pennsylvania. Looking forward to my week off next week. Hopefully this week goes by fast. In other news landed a deal on some kings front coilovers. Thanks to @Nimble9 so that solves my suspension issues I've been having.

    Good morning fellow 'vanians!

I've been hiding for a while. Got a job with our wonderful greater philly electric utility. Been traveling all around the 5 counties. Putting a lot of miles on the taco. Loving this job. Hope everyone is doing well!

Look sweet. , I helped build a switch yard for Duke energy in Greene County, nice work outside , but only when ur young. About traveling and mileage, I used to claim mileage on taxes not sure if irs still does that but was a nice deduction. Are you maintaining or building or testing ? Be safe . IBEW by chance ?

We get comped all travel in our personal vehicles. They'll get me a company truck after a while. We do as much as we can in house, try not to sub out too much, but big construction jobs are out of our wheelhouse. And yeah Local 614 IBEW.

So I forget if I mentioned. I was in Kauai last month. Holy moley but they love Tacoma's there. It was seriously like every 3rd vehicle you would see on the island. All kinds of years. And so many 1st gen it was ridiculous. I guess they don't all rust to Hades there like they do here in the rust belt. Wonder what it would take to import one from Kauai though... probably spend far more money than its worth by the time you are done paying duties and taxes and shipping.
