Yup, that's the storage. Right behind the rear seats on the passenger side. There's nothing there in my truck, and I was kinda bummed. That and the jack eat up a lot of the space I hoped would keep clutter out of the cab.

So the truck got a very quick introduction to winter.
Good traction, but I’m not sure on the braking with the OEM tires. 4WD high used. 4L would be a little overkill. About 14 inches out there

I've had similar weather, but less snow. The stock tires are ok if you are used to driving in it and you are getting off the gas early to stop, but if you press a little on the brake because you weren't paying attention (did this yesterday) then the ABS goes off and you're going to slide a bit. People who are used to winter should have no issue as long as they are vigilant, but a newbie would likely find the ditch with the stock goodyears.

oh I’ve driven a ton in the snow. But it is still nice to have the best tires possible.
I think they are M&S rated. I haven’t actually checked

I don't know if the OEM ones are. Some dealers do upscale the tires though. Are yours the stock Goodyear Wrangler Territory tires with Kevlar?

Those stock Goodyears are not good for winter driving. A good set of snow tires will be your best bet.

Hey, just saw this thread and wanted to lyk. Congrats on the truck. But all that aside if you do plan on lifting your truck and ditching the 0.5" rear block. I am willing to buy them off you and pay for shipping. Thanks, and lmk :)

She does ok in the snow with the stick Goodyears. Plenty of traction but marginal on cornering and braking.
Almost 800 miles. Getting close to trying some redline shifts.

Similar findings here, so far. Hoping for a little more snow to have some fun, because I was over 1000 miles just getting it home from the dealership. :burnrubber:
