Mine was the bed rail. I tried to remove it for the cover I put on. I couldn’t break it free. I drilled it then tapped it. So far so good

Dirty truck got some new shoes thanks to the $155 per sale on Amazon last week that someone here posted about. Didn't really need tires but that was a great deal to get this truck into some Wildpeak 265/75/16. I had them installed at Monro because I could pay for it right along with the tires. They busted one of my TPMS sensors but replaced it. Shit happens but still a little irritated about it. I did feel bad for the guys working, they only had one tech and a manager with all the bays full and more cars outside waiting. The tech was telling me he's had 96 and 94 hours on his last two pays respectively, good for the wallet, but bad for anything outside of work.

I’ll get some night pics tonight and post.

I made one for a QR using two back to back metric T nuts and it mounts to the side rail. PM me and I can put some info/picks together. If a few more want the info I can put a post together. MY daughter's S works HT runs a QR for the rear and my road bike uses QRs - so it comes in handy.

Backlights are as bright as a marker light. I have them on my aux backup lights in the rear bumper.

Finally got my RC 30" light bar mounted in the grill and installed my remote tailgate lock. Word to the wise for you northerners if you want the remote lock and fluid film your truck, do it before you apply the fluid film lol. Took me an hour to clean myself up haha. WTF

After 25 years of marriage, I would say that you're still not totally safe. The complaint could be that I'm not cleaning "correctly", lol. :)

But if you've gone 25 years you must be doing a few things right :) . The worst is when you still have teens around; then you are reminded of your incompetence from both sides.

I've been bored while waiting for my sliders to get built so I grabbed the Total Chaos Bed Stiffeners. I wasn't completely sure these were necessary with an unweighted bed until I noticed some chipping towards the top of the rear corners that could only have come from flexing while offroading, so these are a worthwhile pickup for sure even with no weight. The worst part of the install was masking the bolts after torquing to hide the bright brass look, but it came out great. These have perfect fitment and don't require any trimming of the factory bed mat. I like that they're low profile and go all the way up to the top of bed.

Just installed DS-18 tweeters on 2017 - made a significant difference in sound clarity and best part - it was literally a 30 minute or less job - completely plug-and-play - btw - have a 10mm box wrench handy - speaker 10mm nuts near the windshield are tough to get to with a socket.

I'm working on year 36. My wife no longer cares what I buy but she will make a comment like "how many of those do you need" when guitar boxes show up.
