Dang. I wish I could but I am scheduled to work alternating days after Christmas, and don't know if making the trek up to the Carolinas would be a good idea for me, as I am already sleep deprived. :( Sorry about that. Let me know if you guys ever decide to do something a little more nearby.

It doesn't have to be that far. I'm open to date and location suggestions.

We have some family coming into town for Christmas and it looks like my folks may come in for New Years, but nothing is set yet. mid week is probably best for me, but I can update as I learn of travel plans.

The list I posted is pretty much in order of my preference based on known factors, but there are plenty of unknown. All I really know at this point is that I don't want to do Charlie's Creek. I expect that one to be overly crowded. Hurricane creek might get the nod because I've heard talks of it being shut down just like they did Richland Road....so we may not have many opportunities to do it in the future.

Ah, awesome! If y'all are planning on hitting any of the standard Dahlonega-area trails, just let me know as I am more than likely able to tag along for atleast a couple.

I'd definitely want to get to do hurricane creek before it's gone. I can't do weekend days though.

I'm off the week between Christmas and New Years. Maybe that Wednesday?

I have a higher likelihood of having family in town on the weekends. Let's keep it open and see what works. Maybe the others will chime in.

I think he talking about a trail day - at least that is my interpretation.

We can meet in the morning, ride for a while, find a nice spot to stop for lunch, ride all afternoon, and those who have time can find a place for dinner.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I am about to hit the trails up here. Gonna take the FJC out and flex it a bit at the top of the mtn.
Y’all need to come out and give my rock garden a ride. Or you can try it out in my SxS.

Yeah, I'm thinking more of a day trail. I think this time of year is a little colder than my equipment allows for comfortable camping.

Snow wheeling is some of the most fun I've ever had. But being cold sucks. Haha
