After 25 years of marriage, I would say that you're still not totally safe. The complaint could be that I'm not cleaning "correctly", lol. :)

But if you've gone 25 years you must be doing a few things right :) . The worst is when you still have teens around; then you are reminded of your incompetence from both sides.

That place sounds pretty nice I didn't know there were places to go to on that end of the road just down the road I normally go to Bahama Breeze.

I've been bored while waiting for my sliders to get built so I grabbed the Total Chaos Bed Stiffeners. I wasn't completely sure these were necessary with an unweighted bed until I noticed some chipping towards the top of the rear corners that could only have come from flexing while offroading, so these are a worthwhile pickup for sure even with no weight. The worst part of the install was masking the bolts after torquing to hide the bright brass look, but it came out great. These have perfect fitment and don't require any trimming of the factory bed mat. I like that they're low profile and go all the way up to the top of bed.

Just installed DS-18 tweeters on 2017 - made a significant difference in sound clarity and best part - it was literally a 30 minute or less job - completely plug-and-play - btw - have a 10mm box wrench handy - speaker 10mm nuts near the windshield are tough to get to with a socket.

I'm working on year 36. My wife no longer cares what I buy but she will make a comment like "how many of those do you need" when guitar boxes show up.

Looks really good! I'm curious, what made you decide to get the "smooth" vs the diamond pattern finish?

Do you have to explain that it’s totally different than the others, even though it may look the same?

I finally installed the OEM roofracks, on which I placed my basket rack that I kept from my 2nd-Gen Tacoma. I went with the OEM-Style racks because of the good experience with my old Taco. It was sturdy and lasted for 2 decades trouble-free and rust-free because they are made of composite (rails) and aluminum (cross arms). It is quiet (no wind noise or whistle) and very streamlined when tucked in lenght-wise. I got them for $117.0 on eBay and it is an aftermarket brand of very similar quality, if not the same, as the Toyota “OEM”.
I hang the Mockins basket on two hooks on the wall of my garage when not in use, to get best MPG and to keep it from rusting out.

    Now, let’s go winter camping!

Hooked up the cteck Trickle charger this morning to top off the battery. The Truck has been sitting awhile. Then took it for a ride to drop in to say hi at my favorite Surf Shop.
