They aren't flush - if you wheeled the truck, you'd catch them on rocks/branches all the time when you drag the skid. But (and don't take this as being mean  ) if you were wheeling enough to justify a skid dragging around left and right, you wouldn't have gotten that skid. It's an improvement over stock, but still not a woods-basher skid.

I couldn't find a great picture of mine but here's one, you can see it's beat to hell under there, I'm not shy about dragging belly through the woods.

Oh no your perfectly correct. It’s an aftermarket plate. Only thing that plate will hit is air. Lol.

If my truck goes off road into the woods, it's because I fell asleep on Route 24. ;)

I ended up at Lou's in Brockton and was happy with the job they did a few weeks ago. So far so good. Still makes me laugh to think my original exhaust lasted longer before rotting than my original frame.

The original design of the OEM plate had the TRD logo debossed. V2 just placed plastic letters in the debossed section which effectively made them flush with the plate. I wanted the debossed plate only but didn't ge tone before they made the changeover to V2. I replaced my red letters with silver so they wouldn't be as visible.

To be honest I doubt the people at Lonestar haven’t even given their product a second thought about adding TRD letters.

Thats gunna take a while, wood floor in most of the barn. Probably never will do a lift cause they take up so much room.

Congrats! Funny story. It was a couple weeks before Christmas in ‘08. I said let’s give the realtor something to do. So we have her a low ball offer on a house knowing full well they wouldn’t accept the offer. 12 hours later we were signed

Congrats! Hey man, rather be lucky than good. That's how we got ours!

Can always do something like this 2 post, if you wrench a lot, getting it up in the air easier is a huge win.
