    correct but tint on the front windows and windshield (unless a brow) they won’t pass you. One year the guy directing me in asked me to roll the windows down or he wouldn’t pass me cause the fronts are tinted. So since then they roll down going through.
    They haven’t done safety inspections since before 2011 when I got my truck but tints are still a no go.

    Not true, they don't do visual. Tints will just risk getting a ticket, but you'll pass inspection fine.

    I just got my truck inspected in the fall.
    Went from a 2020 sticker to a new 2024 sticker.
    Both front windows tinted and up.
    They even put the new sticker ON a huge horizontal crack across the windshield.
    All they asked was for me to personally disconnect the scan gauge to the OBD2 port.

    Went to a different inspection station and they didn’t notice the tint and stuck on the sticker. Went home and peeled it off and slapped it on a sticker shield. All good now :thumbsup:
