    This is me usually, can't keep my hands warm at all but the rest of me is ready to shed layers. Same goes with feet if I'm not actively walking/hiking.

    Oof. I wonder if wrist gaiters would help at all? You can lose a lot of warmth through the veins in your wrist.

    None have died since summer, the bubbler is on and keeping the water moving in a small section so that hasn't frozen. 85% or so of the top of the pond has frozen over, but it should be fine, the pond is 2 feet deep, it won't freeze entirely. It'll be 40* in a few days
