    A few.
Back in Feb/Mar of 2019 I past up a 2018 Trd Pro in Cavalry with 21k miles for $39,500. It was an auto. I ended up getting a new 19 Off-road premium for $38k.
The Trd Pros didnt come with the JBL sound system ir the moonroof until 2019.

Price might be normal in the current market.

    Oh look, another mod....
The Pro's only come with the JBL system if you get an automatic. The manuals, for whatever reason, do not. Weird, I know. But that's how Toyota does it.

Sounds like a decent deal in my opinion. Check out the 3rd gen Tacos for sale on here. There are several lower trims, with similar or more mileage, asking for similar or more $$$.

It's your money, do what ya want and enjoy it!

lol wait....So if I buy a new vehicle, it will never need a new battery, new tires, fluids? and it will never have any issues?

No joke, it's comical really lol

You have no reason to be scared of a Tacoma with 60k on it lol. People have issues with brand new vehicles they drove off the lot last week lol. Do your due diligence, and have a trusted mechanic do a thorough PRE-purchase inspection. Not everyone beats the shit out of their $40k vehicle like some idiots do.

When asking for opinions on here, just remember the saying about opinions...

I think that didnt start until 2019. The 2017-18 Pro had the one step down radio either auto or manual from what I remember

If u purchase the 2018 it will likely be sold as a certified vehicle. Also were closing in on the end of the month and even better end of the year. Im sure that dealer would prefer not to have that truck on there inventory on Jan. 1. Might be willing to drop that price

OP I think that sounds a like a pretty fair deal in todays market. For comparison, I picked up a 2018 TRD OR DCSB in cement with 44k mi a couple months ago for $34,300. It came with a couple nice extras that I really like, and brand new AT tires. Looked everything over very thoroughly and couldn’t find any signs of wear and tear. To have a new one built the same exact way with add-ons was going to be about $41-42000. I’ll gladly take a slightly used vehicle that looks well cared for and save $7000 or so. These vehicles are supposed to be well built and reliable, it’s not like I invested that kind of money in a used Ford explorer. I’m really happy with my decision, and that’s what matters at the end of the day!

You’re paying new truck money for a used truck. And that’s a lot of miles.

Where are you searching for these? websites and part of the country. I would be patient, seems a little expensive but the problem is someone will always step up if you decline to buy because they NEED a truck that week or are tired of searching and pay the asking price.

Side note, might be an overkill but those fox shocks are recommended for rebuild at 60 or 80k. There's a member who does it on here, or you can send to fox directly.

If you poke around here enough you’ll see why I personally would never buy a used Tacoma from a stranger. Look for the thread by the moron who pulled his front driveshaft to drift in 4 lo. But if you know the history I agree 60k isn’t a big deal.

Just because people are willing to spend a lot of money on something that’s overvalued doesn’t mean it’s a great deal.

Thanks everyone. I went to look at both of them. The 18, to my surprise, had the oe+ sound system installed. I flipped the seat forward, saw it, and basically made my decision. After you all explained that entune “premium audio” is not premium and I couldn’t get jbl with a MT I was a bit bummed out. Something I know most people don’t care about but it’s in my top five options list.

The dealer put it up on a lift for me and I went through the truck. Has been previously undercoated as well. It’s being delivered on Monday but I’ll post up the list of work the dealer did. New Kevlar oe tires, new brakes and all the other service. Car had a full service history and was Pre-certified with 80b2b and 7y 100k driveline.

Overall everything said and done 33,000 out the door.

$33k out the door sounds like a solid price! How'd you get 'em knocked down on price so much?

    Was it Red lipstick?
