If it’s just a tuner you’re gonna need power form somewhere or just settle for headphones.

 

No, I'm not asking how to MAKE it happen...I'm asking how it IS happening in absence of a tuner/receiver

IDK what the little girl says…..stay the fuck away from the TV.

If it’s at an office some conference noise cancelling equipment does that sometimes.

 

It's in my spare bedroom...it's my E-drum setup.

You’ve got some serious interference. I get it from tow trucks & cabs but rarely….on a similar note I spent the afternoon hunting for cables they said aren’t made until I found a pair. Getting sad for parts & even quality parts people.

Check shielding, it’s gotta be a cable.

 

My guy is good but I worry about the summer girl I turned on to patches. Likely broke & on the street by now.

 

The wires are acting like an antenna. Could also be interference coming in from the power supply to the amp and preamp.

 

I've had the same setup, untouched, for the last 15 yrs. If you're interested I start a sub convo and share pics of my setup...that shit was weird, it was a foreign language.but it is brampton, so....

 

Sad....really.
