Hey everyone, I have 2011 5 lug tacoma. I am going to be lifting it with Fat bobs kit and I plan on putting 31x10.5 r15 BFG AT's on it. Im trying to find a cheap wheel that is 15x8, 5X4.5 spacing preferably in black that clears the caliper. This car is 95% my DD as im a full time student, so I was thinking of getting a cheaper steel wheel if it will clear. Any help would be appreciated!!

    A few bolts are different.
15" wheels are standard on the base 5-lug. those wheels should work fine.

Hey, 15" are stock but they are 15x6. From what I know most people recommend at least a 15x8 to run 31x10.5 r15.

just make sure the backspacing and offset are good enough to clear the caliper.

im running 15x8's with 3.75 backspacing. 30x9.5 tires. I needed to remove the black box and add 3mm spacers in front to clear calipers. they stick out a lil but im happy with it.

Sweet truck man! I know I have to remove the black boxes, but im trying to avoid using spacers if I can. I havent heard the greatest things about there safety so if I can find a wheel that doesn't require spacers that would be amazing!

I have some eagle alloys that are 15x7, 4" backspacing and they clear the calipers without wheel spacers.

You might want to check out this website to compare different wheel specs.

Avid front light bar, Avid bolt on sliders, Avid rear bumper protector, T-Rex grill & bumper insert. Still lots to do though.
Post a side view pic of the truck so we can see what you have going on there. Please.

Looks good. I see you have the Avid light bar on the front. Good looking truck.

I just picked up some pro comp 15x8's. I should be getting the tires pretty soon. I'll post some pics on here once I get them all together.

I know this thread is old but anyone know if I should be fine ordering 15x8 with 4.5 back spacing to run 31x10.50x15 on fat bobs lift?

It's same questions as original poster but I haven't found a answer.
